These Clearlake albums were there for me in the early 2000s. Too good. Jason Pegg is still at it. He's ridiculous. Check him out. This song just fucking rocks and has this [to me] surprisingly tricky main riff that is repeated through the song. It's the 4ths. Anytime you add this fast single note 4th stuff, it sounds exciting. Instead of running a normal scale or pentatonic run or riff, when you instead make that jump to a 4th and back, it requires decent left hand muting. And you have to stack fingers across the same fret, so you can turn on and off the notes so it doesn't sound like mush. I run this song every night. It rocks and it helps me stretch that 4th muscle. Check out the record Amber, oof. Beautiful. As always take my vids with a grain of salt. And remember I just wanna be in a band that writes and records good shit like this. I do this to keep up on the software and to be prepped and ready for the real thing. Zero red light fever.
