In this video, we start painting our model. I teach the importance of priming and how to prime your 3D print. Then once we have our primer layer down on the model, I teach how to best layer the acrylic paint for ease of painting.

Once the basecoat is down, I move on to teaching how to dry brush, which is the primary painting technique used in this beginners series. #drybrushing is super easy to do and doesn't take a ton of time to master. The dry brush technique can turn an okay model into an amazing one.

At the end of this video you will see a bare plastic PLA 3d print transform with only primer and dry brushing with acrylic paints!
