Spitz Style: Canadian swimmer Blake Tierney on swimming like legend Mark Spitz | THE READY ROOM

Today's swimmers wear swim caps, goggles and special suits to compete at their fastest, but back in 1972 American swimming legend Mark Spitz won 7 Olympic gold medals setting world records in each of his races with no goggle, no cap and a simple speedo. Worlds-bound swimmer Blake Tierney channeled the legend himself in his 50m butterfly final at the 2025 Canadian swimming trials and we asked him about it.
