Porsche 992 GT3 R pure sound testing at Monza: Start Up, Pit Exit Accelerations, Downshifts!

2023 has been a great year for the GT3-class as some manufacturers have updated their weapons ahead of the beginning of the racing season but also in view of 2024 for the switch between GTE and GT3 cars in the major endurance championships.

The 2023 911 GT3 R is Porsche's evolution to their 991.2 GT3 R and of course it's based on the 992 generation. From my point of view and from what I've seen since the first spy images were released, this GT3 R seems to have taken many aero characteristics of the RSR-19 GTE. As for the RSR, the naturally-aspirated flat-6 engine had an increase in displacement from 4.0 to 4.2-litre. It was also tilted forward 5.5 degrees to create more space for the rear diffuser.
