Testing out the new Canon 200-800mm RF lens in the wild! 📸🌿

This lens is a game-changer for wildlife photography, especially for capturing those elusive bird shots. I'm on the hunt for the elusive Black woodpecker in my local forest here in the Netherlands. Even high up in the trees, this lens allows me to step back and still punch in, making the angle to my subject less steep and allowing the viewer to connect better with the subject.

One thing that's really impressed me is the stabilisation, even at 800mm. But as you can see in this footage from February under the dark canopy of the forest, I struggled a bit with the low light.
