Danish Pastry Dough Recipe
Makes 1.2 kg of dough
500g all-purpose flour
10g salt
80g fine sugar
10g dry yeast
2 eggs (I used large)
90 ml water
125 ml milk
250g European-style butter (regular butter is just fine).
