This audio can be used with the method of your preference, it contains music and dialogs from the movies.
Please get comfortable in a place you may not be disturbed, it is NOT necessary to lay down in any particular position, the goal is to be as comfortable and relaxed as possible.

~Guide~
•We will start with around 5 minutes of 6hz theta waves.
•Next, a 10 min guided meditation to help you relax, so don't get scared when you hear a voice.
•After that 30 min of a Hogwarts subliminal, there will be 25 ticking sounds so you know that the subliminal is about to change
•Once the 25 ticks are done, you will hear the song "Where's my love?" by SYML and "Runaway" by AURORA with back rain
•Then 45 min of the Hogwarts subliminal again
•Finally, a slowed version of the song "Ophelia" by The Lumineers and right after just background noises (mostly birds)
