How to install a motorcycle clutch - Kawasaki KZ1000

In this "how to" video, I'm replacing the clutch on my 1981 Kawasaki KZ1000 CSR. I recommend replacing the clutch cable at the same time to give your new clutch the best performance. The parts I used were:
Kawasaki Part #13088-1013 (Friction Plates)
Kawasaki Part #13089-1004 (Steel Clutch Plates)
Kawasaki Part #11060-1070 (Clutch Cover Gasket) - I didn't need this in the end
EBC Part #CKS7 (Clutch Springs, 15% firmer than stock)
Motion Pro Part #03-0006 Clutch Cable (for a KZ1000 J because of my lower handle bars)
