Mechs - Deathrattle BUILD featuring Apexis Guardian, Monstrous Macaw, Titus Rivendare, Timewarped Hawkstrider, and Whirling Lass-o-Matic.
Onyxia is one of the strongest heroes in the meta right now, and with Deathrattle strategies dominating the field, she fits naturally into this environment. Her recently reworked hero power gives her exceptional scaling potential, making her one of the best picks for Mech builds built around repeated Deathrattle triggers.
In this run, I managed to assemble the ultimate Mech composition. With Teron’s hero power granted through Minor Timewarp and the explosive potential of the Hawkstrider from Major Timewarp, the setup was perfect for my Apexis Guardian to take over the late game. Everything pointed toward a clean and decisive victory.
But one opponent refused to let that happen. Hidden within his board was the strongest possible counter to my strategy: a fully operational Leapfrogger composition. What followed was a tense final showdown as I searched for any line that could overcome this dangerous frog build. The finishing moments of the lobby delivered one of the most dramatic conclusions I have had with Mechs this season.
