In 2014, Jinger Duggar along with her sisters, Jana, Jill, and Jessa, wrote the book "Growing Up Duggar: It's All About Relationships". In that book the sisters wrote at length about their views and standards regarding courtship. According to the Duggars, courtship, is the "biblical way to find a life partner". In Jinger's new book, "Becoming Free Indeed", she expresses deep regret for promoting Bill Gothards "courtship standards" as she no longer feels courtship is the best and only way to find a spouse.
