HIDDEN GEM in Stockholm, Sweden! - MUST SEE!

Did you know Stockholm City Hall is the venue for the yearly Nobel Prize banquet?!? It takes place on December 10th to celebrate the years Nobel Laureates.

Join us in this week’s vlog as we explore this stunning landmark - Stockholms Stadshus. When you visit it will leave you speechless, just wait until you walk into the Golden room.

It was inaugurated on June 23, 1923 and has certainly become a popular tourist destination. With few exceptions, the Nobel Prize banquet has taken place at the City Hall since 1930.

Pro tip: the only way you can tour it is through guided tours. Well worth it the $13 usd and will last about 45 min. They include a visit to the Blue Hall, the Golden Hall, the Council Chamber, and the Gallery of the Prince. Tours in English are on the hour starting 10am and through 3pm. If you visit on Saturdays they conduct civil weddings so you may not see all the halls but will certainly see lots of lovely 💕 couples.
