In this video, "TOURS: METEORITE MUSEUM & DINOSAUR TRAIL (SENDERO JURÁSICO) - Progreso, Mexico Must See Attractions", we bring you with us to tour two relatively new attractions which pay homage to the historical significance of the Chixculub crater - a giant crater 19 miles deep and 120 miles wide caused by a massive 6 mile long meteorite, or asteroid, that made landfall just 5 miles from Progreso and obliterated over 75% of the world we know it, notably causing the extinction of dinosaurs and some of the largest megatsunami’s in Earth’s history.- and the meteorite museum, and Sendero Jurassic, or the Jurassic Trail.
