Benazir Haari Card:
enazir Hari Card is a tremendous initiative launched by the Sindh government on 14 October 2024.
growers and the provincial government will cover the interest on these loans so that farmers can get financial support to enhance their agricultural activities.

Sindh Minister for Agriculture Sardar Muhammad Bux Mahar had said that every cardholder will be given the benefit of quality seeds, fertilizers, and crop insurance. Sardar Mahar also said that the government’s target is to give every small farmer access to solar-powered tube wells and modern farming equipment.

Under the Benazir Haari Card scheme, farmers will only be responsible for repaying the principal amount and there will be no burden of interest. In the first phase, 298,000 registered farmers, who have land ranging from 1 to 25 acres, will be issued Benazir Haari Cards.

Eligibility Criteria for the Benazir Hari Card
1. Residency
The applicant must be a resident of Sindh Province.

2. Land Ownership
The farmer should own or cultivate agricultural land of less than 12.5 acres.

3. National Identification
The farmer must possess a valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).

4. Registration Status
The farmer’s name must be registered with Sindh’s agricultural authorities.

Online Registration:
1. Visit the Sindh Agriculture Department’s Official Website – Go to the Benazir Hari Cards section.
2. Complete the Online Application Form: Enter required personal and land details, such as CNIC number and land ownership information.
3. Upload Necessary Documents: Attach copies of your CNIC and proof of land ownership.
4. Submit the Application: Once the form is completed, submit it and wait for a confirmation SMS regarding the status of your application.

Offline Registration:
1. Gather Required Documents: Collect all necessary documents for submission.
2. Visit the Nearest Agriculture Department Office: Go to a district or tehsil agriculture office within Sindh Province
3. Complete the Registration Form: Fill out the application form with all required details about personal and land information
4. Submit the Form: Attach copies of your documents and submit them to the office. You will receive a confirmation SMS or notification after processing.
