• Multiple thicknesses available – thin (2.5 mm) and thick (4.2 mm)
• Stretching the ring around the stoma, applying directly to clean dry skin
• Applying to the back of the barrier, then applying both to the skin together as one piece
Key things to remember!
Brava® Protective Seal can be applied to clean, dry skin in two ways:
1. Apply directly around the stoma, onto the skin
• Stretch the protective seal and apply it around the stoma
• You do not need to use the entire seal – you can apply to creases to create a flat surface
2. Apply directly to the pouching system
• Stretch the protective seal and apply directly around the edge of the pre-cut or cut-to-fit barrier
