MHFU How to get Pale Khezu Steak with High Rank quest, Long Sword Guide

The easiest way to get Pale Khezu Steak is the HR7* Nekoht quest, Old Jungle Lightning. There is an 8% chance of getting it when you break both the head and the body and another 8% chance when you capture the Khezu. I got extremely lucky and managed to get both of them. To break the body parts, you need to use a cutting weapon such as a long sword or a great sword, in the video I am using the Monoblos Scythe.
I'm using the Ceanatuar U armour set which I've gemmed to give +3 in Reckless Abandon and also Sharp Sword. I have 5 felyne chefs which also gave me +50 Health & +50 Stamina with Kirin Cheese + Goldenfish Brew and I also brought my felyne comrade to the quest. Do remember to bring meat for the fight as the Khezu fight is rather long and supply items arrive late like mine did.
