How to Alter a Shirt into a Tie Top | Beginner Friendly | Upcycled Clothing | Sewing Tutorials

Today I will be finishing an alteration project where I took a linen dress and made a skirt and shirt matching set. THEN I tried it on again 2 years later and decided I wanted to upgrade the shirt to a tie top. (I talk about how I'm thinking a halter top at first, but ultimately decide the tie top would be better, and I'm obsessed with them atm).
