This is what happens if a motor stops working.
We have got full propulsion redundancy built into the design from day one.
As with all advanced aircraft, the Jetson ONE undergoes continuous, rigorous testing to evaluate its performance across diverse flight scenarios.
This test showcases the ONE’s ability to maintain controlled, asymmetrical flight by distributing power through its remaining seven motors.
The answer to your question: Yes, the Jetson ONE can fly with one motor out. This event will trigger automatically warnings to the pilot and "Auto-Land" will be initiated if warnings are disregarded.
Test at 35ºC/95ºF ambient, MTOW at 210kg/463lbs +5%, empty (depleted) batteries, front top motor out, at hover = most challenging scenario.
