1 smoked ham hock
4 cups water or chicken broth
Black pepper to taste
2 oz. green chilis
Honey, Green chili corn muffins
1 cup yellow cornmeal meal
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 t. baking powder
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup honey
3 T. melted Butter
2 oz. mild green Chilis
400 20 minutes
