Legion's power recharge got a HUGE buff | Dead by Daylight

The Legion got a series of buffs in this PTB and one of them reduced the recharge time of Feral Frenzy to 15 seconds. We can combine this base-kit change with their Scratched Ruler add-on to recharge our power in only 10 seconds!
