Department of International Relations and Cooperation hosts the 6th Ubuntu Awards

The Department of International Relations and Cooperation has hosted the Ubuntu Awards in Cape Town on Saturday night. The sixth annual event was held under the theme: "Celebrating Excellence in Diplomacy - Working Together to Build a Better Africa and a Better World".
The ceremony is an opportunity for DIRCO to recognise South African industry leaders, eminent persons and ordinary citizens for their distinguished service and contribution toward promoting the country's national interests and values across the world.
