German-born and Brooklyn bred DJ/Producer Matthias "Matty" Heilbronn is one of the underground's most talented creators, you may have never heard of. He's been DJing since the age of 16 and made his bones playing all the genres before he found his creative outlet in dance music in NYC. He began his career as an engineer under the tutelage of François K and Rob Sperte at Axis Studios and Wave Music, where he worked on influential projects from C+C Music Factory, Todd Terry and Monique Bingham to Michael Jackson and SWV - just to name a very few.
