Most business owners, particularly service based business owners are undercharging for the value they currently provide and what happens is that they are not able to grow. It is a common mistake that they add more value to the services they provide to attract more clients but they never upgrade on their prices. Of course, the add-ons have some cost to it and if you don’t increase the price, the margin of profit is getting less.

So, in this episode I will talk to you about an exercise that you can do on a recurring basis, at least twice a year, to get you to think about how you can layer in value and double your price.
