Angie is a Toronto based therapist focusing on South Asian Mental Health and wellness. She has over 25 years of experience in the mental health care space, 11 years of experience as a social worker for CAMH and is now the founder of Shanti Psychotherapy. Angie’s passion to understand, dissect and dissolve many limited beliefs that South Asians live with is beyond admirable.
