InZOI vs Sims 4 - Baby

In this InZOI vs Sims 4 comparison, keep in mind that InZOI is still in early access and development and The Sims 4 is more than a decade old.
I previously made a video comparing babies in every Sims game, and now I've used and updated the Sims 4 segment and added InZOI to the comparison.

InZOI
In InZOI (early access), Newborns are the first life stage. Only married male and female Zois can have babies—no adoption yet. After trying for a baby, the female Zoi can take a pregnancy test. If positive, a pop-up appears. Pregnancy lasts three in-game days, and birth happens automatically at the hospital with a cutscene. You can name the baby afterward.

Newborns appear in a crib (which you can move), but they can't be held. They’re born with a full set of teeth, a trait, and customizable likes/dislikes. In 12 in-game hours, they age into toddlers.

Zois can interact with their baby through tickling, peekaboo, dancing, singing kissing, storytelling, selfies, and more—each builds their relationship. Parenting options are limited to checking temperature. Needs don’t get critical and the baby can't be fed.

Sims 4
In The Sims 4 (now 10 years old), babies—renamed newborns—are the first life stage. Any Sim can become pregnant, have a science baby (alone or with another Sim), adopt, or try the traditional method. Pregnancy lasts three in-game days, with an instant baby bump after a positive test. Birth can happen at home or in a hospital, and you can name the baby afterward.

Newborns are tied to a bassinet but can be moved in Build/Buy mode. Sims can interact by cuddling, rocking, cooing, talking, kissing, and more—building their relationship. Breastfeeding is now available for all Sims (can be enabled in CAS), alongside bottle feeding. After feeding, bottles appear on the floor. Sims can also change outfits, a first for the series.

Dirty diapers are left behind if using disposables, and cloth diapers can be used with Laundry Day Stuff. Babies sleep for a few hours and can be soothed when crying. Children can interact too. If neglected, social services will take the baby away. On normal settings, newborns age into infants after 24 in-game hours. When The Sims 4 first launched, babies skipped straight to childhood, like in The Sims 1.
