Highlights from the 2022 Cynthia Rothrock Martial Arts Association: Premier Hall of Honors 2022. Presented by Grand Master Cynthia Rothrock in association with Grand Master Dan Allebach & Master Joseph Mertz, the Premier Hall of Honors is an elite martial arts event celebrating and honoring martial artists from around the world.

Throughout the weekend, over 150 martial artists competed in the tournaments, attended the honors banquet or participated in training sessions with celebrity martial artists.

Cynthia Rothrock said, “It is such a privilege to honor these up and coming martial artists. I’m inspired by their dedication and perseverance to strive to improve themselves in mind, body and spirit.”

Officially named. “The Queen of Martial Arts,” Cynthia Rothrock is considered one of the most historic figures in martial arts. For five consecutive years, she was the undefeated World Champion in the karate tournament circuit. She has graced the cover of over 60 martial arts magazines and was inducted into the prestigious Martial Arts Hall of Fame.

Upon completing her goal of being undefeated in competition, she began her martial arts acting career starring in movies produced and filmed in Hong Kong. Her first movie, Yes, Madam alongside Michelle Yeoh, broke box office records making her a massive star in Hong Kong. After three years of living in Hong Kong, finishing seven films, she returned to the United States to continue her acting career. Today she has starred in over 60 movies and is currently working on upcoming projects.

Cynthia Rothrock has also traveled throughout the world as a tournament champion, a martial arts movie star, a workout guru, making appearances at anime conventions such as Comic-Con and has appeared in many martial arts documentaries. From the History Channel, A&E, Fightclub, Fighting Girls, the Martial Arts History Museum.
