Fire fighters get an emergency call to a building and find a strange chill came over the interior, freezing everybody inside. As they investigate, they find an ancient artifact that causes those frozen inside to explode into tiny pieces. The Spengler family (Paul Rudd, Carrie Coon, Finn Wolfhard, Mckenna Grace) returns to the iconic firehouse in New York City with the veteran Ghostbusters (Bill Murray, Ernie Hudson, Dan Aykroyd, Annie Potts) after discovering an ancient artifact unleashed an evil force. The two ghost-busting crews must work together to protect their home and save the world from a death-chilling god threatening a second ice age.
