From the moment my flight was delayed to getting a free hotel stay, I’ll walk you through the entire process. I had the worst experience with Kenya Airways only 8 months before, so I was like not again with African airlines. I really want to support them.

🔴The rules:
You must be connecting through to an international flight on RwandAir. The long layover overnight must be the result of not having a choice for anything else (as in there are no options to fly out on the same day)

🔵 Here's what you need to know that nobody tells you about:
You CANNOT remove your bags during the transit so pack accordingly. This was not made clear in other guides I've read.
