Is the Sanctus the Best Sniper?: Genestealer Cult in 10th edition 40k

The GSC or Genestealer Cult have access to two snipers, both of which are pretty good: the sanctus and jackal alphus. The Sanctus can be used in two different ways and has a different role depending on their loadout. In this video you can see how the Sanctus compares to snipers from other factions like Illic Nighspear, the Vindicare Assassin and an ork assassin that you weren't expecting to be amazing in Warhammer 40,000 10th edition.
