The high performance flow forming series of AFPM is stable, flexible, efficient and user-friendly. Its solid construction enables a production of aluminium or steel street- and flag poles.The main machine components and assemblies are mounted on a rigid and warp resistant, welded machine bed.
The AFPM series, masts and pipes benefit from the material hardening that is possible with flow forming. In addition, just about any diameter profile are now possible, even with long pipes.
It should be emphasised that the great savings in weight and materials that are possible by varying the wall thickness can result in a weight reduction of up to 35% compared with conventional methods.
