Hoenn Pt. 4, PokeMMO Regionlocke Live

Ruleset:
Must complete every region in order with Red as final boss
If any Pokemon faints it is considered dead and can no longer be used
If you lose a fight you are considered dead and lose the run
Can only use the first Pokemon encountered in each area, random starter and fossil, and gifts as long as they don't break another rule
Non-basic Pokemon do not count (anything with a pre-evolution at time of introduction)
Duplicate evolution lines do not count, excluding branched evolutions in a new region, (counting Nidoran as a branched evolution line,) in which case the limit is one per final evolution and must evolve into a different species if able
Static encounters do not count unless they are the only encounter in the area
No legendary/mythical Pokemon (except when forced)
No Pokemon with a different original trainer (player/NPC trades, nicknamed gifts for side quests)
Can't use Pokemon over 1 level above the next gym leader or champion's highest level until starting a gym/league challenge
Shiny encounters can be used, replacing duplicate species/route encounters as appropriate
HM slaves can be used outside of battle, but only when necessary
No trading items with other players (GTL is allowed)
No real-money purchases
No using bag items in trainer battles
