CHAkali with rice flour and Besan
Simple recipe
heat one cup of oil
4 cups of rice flour and 2 cups of besan
you can make half the quantity.
2 cups of luck warm water not too hot.
add 4 tea spoons salt
6 tea spoons of chili powder of or according to taste
3 to 4 spoons of Ajwaeen
5 table spoons of Til or Sesame seeds
add 2 to three table spoons of garlic paste ( according to your test)
Mix when dry completely.
Add a little less than 2 cups of water and then add a bit to make right consistancy.
