P90X Results, Transformation and Beyond - John's Update

After reaching 225 lbs., I decided it was time to lose some weight. I attempted P90X in February, 2011, but I only did 2 days before quitting. I was skeptical about P90X, but I thought I would give it a chance to see if it could get me in the best shape of my life, so I tried it again on September 5, 2011.
I followed the workout and diet plan very closely, modifying my calorie goals based on the recommendations at www.livestrong.com.
I had great success, and I then ran in the Arnold Sports Festival Pump and Run March 4, 2012. I bench pressed 185 lbs. 12 times and I ran a 5K in 19:36.
I now have been working on gaining muscle mass while staying lean. Please feel free to contact me if I can assist you in reaching your fitness goals. If you work hard and commit, you can succeed, too.
