Ingredients for Filling

2 Gratted Coconut
1 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1/2 Teaspoon Clove Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Essence
1/2 Teaspoon Ginger Powder
1 1/2 Cup Sugar
Red Food Coloring
1 egg to seal the dough ends
