This day did not go as planned. I start with a quick tip on how to check automatic transmission fluid the right way (engine running!), then jump into progress on our new shop build—running home runs, wiring the panel, and planning an 18" trench for the 3" service conduit so we can finally get power. Meanwhile, we try moving Nugget, Opie, and Ernest T (our emus) to the pond… and let’s just say they had other ideas. We also upgrade the electrolysis tank and show how we strip and re-season cast iron (Wagner, Griswold, and our Lodge pre seasoned Cog Hill skillet), plus our simple method to clean a pan without ruining seasoning.
