A quick run through the Hard Mode boss rush in the Chapter 17 Shinra Battle Simulator with an in-game clear time of 1:56. Took a fair bit of trial and error to get the time under 2 minutes, but I'm sure there's still more time that can be saved. The equipment and materia used are shown at the end.
