I was asked to prepare a lawn for seeding; this young family was anxious to create a play area for their children.
The area is known for rocky terrain so it was a great job for the Bobcat Soil Conditioner! I pulverized the area and removed a lot of stones from the lawn, this was a great area to show just how well the soil conditioner can push all those rocks aside! After I removed the rocks and shaped a little, I put the bucket on and shaped a little more before the top soil arrived.
The soil conditioner really did an excellent job on this project! It pulverized, shaped and helped with the final grade on the lawn. It has proven to be a great investment for the business!
