Hi guys, I am Eggman aka Leo, from Taiwan. I went carnivore in April 2022 because I was very worried about my eye floaters and really wanted to improve my eye health. After that, my skin/ mental health/ eye floaters/ teeth/ satisfaction about my diet… all improved. Right now I eat some plants here and there, and I also eat raw food.

I used to work out a bunch. I really wanted to get good at calisthenic moves. I also used to take cold showers a lot. Right now I am more interested in improving my body through an approach called Functional Patterns.

I used to work really hard to improve my English and I have a lot of insights on language learning. I am also pretty knowledgeable about how to improve your eyesight/ black pill& red pill/ kendama/ league of legends. I’m trying to learn more about business/ making videos… basically your boy is too interesting (jk)
