We Surprised Our Favorite Store Owner for Her 76th Birthday!

We were asked to review the Creality Falcon A1 laser engraver… but we didn’t want to just make a sign, hand it to someone, and call it a day. So we used this opportunity – and the money we were paid for the review – to surprise our 76-year-old neighbour Nanay Ledia with a full sari-sari store makeover.

Nanay Ledia is one of the kindest, most selfless women we’ve ever met. She gives endlessly to the community here in Bohol, and never asks for anything in return. So we thought: let’s give her something she’d never expect. With the help of the Falcon A1 laser engraver, we made custom signage for her humble shop – but then we went all in. Fresh paint, newly built custom hatches and a proper facelift for the little store that serves so many people in our area.
