An Aseptic process where Resin pellets are extruded to form the sterile container. After the extrusion process the Mold closes around the Extruded plastic called a "parison". Once the mold closes on the parisons they are transferred to the Aseptic filling zone for filling of the sterile product formulation. Once filled the sterile formed and filled containers is then hermetically sealed in one continuous operation, in a matter of seconds. This featured machine can be configured to produce SVP vials up to a 60 cavity format.
