Make sure to state the following at the beginning of your video per the rubric!
1. Learner:
"My name is [Name of Learner], and this is [Name of Volunteer]. I am recording this video as part of the [Name of Assessment] for a nursing skills course at [Institution Name].
[Name of Volunteer], do you understand and consent to:
participating in the skills demonstration,
and being recorded for internal educational purposes, including grading and program review by faculty and institutional accreditors?"
2. Volunteer:
"Yes, I consent to both participation and to being recorded.”
