The pièce de résistance was the sleek black metal roof, a durable marvel ready to withstand storms for decades. With the exterior wrapped in moisture-resistant vapor barriers and bold black metal sheets, the house became both functional and magazine-worthy. Metal-framed windows with timber trims added a rustic yet modern touch, blending style and efficiency.

Inside, careful planning of electrics ensured every detail was functional and well-placed. The final masterpiece was the wide wooden staircase, constructed with a sturdy foundation of compacted soil and CLC lightweight bricks for stability.
