The entire panchayat sent a written plea to Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj. Within hours, relief arrived: 12,000 feet of 8" pipe, three powerful Crompton motors (10 HP), starters, cables and all required accessories — delivered and unloaded in under 24 hours. This swift, coordinated response allowed villagers to start dewatering fields and school premises immediately, with promises of further assistance if needed. The relief is part of a larger "Annapurna" relief drive that has supported many flood-hit villages across Haryana, Punjab, Himachal, Uttarakhand and Jammu & Kashmir — sending pipes, high-horsepower motors, submersible pumps, food rations and infrastructure material. Locals describe the help as life-changing, faster than governmental aid, restoring hope and children’s classrooms.
