A Late 2021 Update: I have found and confirmed that yes, there was at least one Sega CD game with this warning, The Lawnmower Man, which was released in 1994. I also have found that this warning appears earlier on the Saturn as well, at least to 1995's Solar Eclipse. This warning is likely a stock warning Sega provided to some companies (looks to be mostly EA and Crystal Dynamics from my own experience) to warn the user of potential audio equipment damage. This warning did not carry over to the Dreamcast.
Original Description: I just thought I would like to share a disk warning when you pop in certain Sega Saturn games into a CD player or if you just listen to it through the Sega Saturn. This legit scared me as a kid.
Video is taken from NBA Live '98 through a Sega CD player since I can't seem to covert footage from a Sega Saturn.
