BANANA PANCAKES

1 oz/30 ml Rye Whiskey (high proof)
1 oz/30 ml Amaretto
.5 oz/15 ml Banana Liqueur
1 oz/30 ml Orange Juice
.5 oz/15 ml Lemon Juice
.5 oz/15 ml Lime Juice
1 Egg White

Method

1. Add all of the ingredeints into a shaker tin.
2. Shake with ice for 8-10 seconds.
3. Strain into a coupe.
4. Garnish with an orange wheel and cocktail cherry.
