This whole wheat bread has never been easier. A simple mix of a few ingredients can make beautiful whole wheat bread with practically zero hands-on work! Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, full of flavor. Can't Believe How Delicious It is! You won’t be able to stop eating it.
I used cranberries and walnuts in my bread but you can use something else if you would like.
300g (2 cup) Whole wheat flour 全麦面粉 https://amzn.to/3Q7Tkzk
280ml Warm water 温水
4g (1 tsp) Active dry yeast 酵母粉
6g (1 tsp) salt 盐
70g (1/2 cup) Cranberry 蔓越莓
100g (1cup) Walnut 核桃
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)Bake for 30 minutes with the lid on, remove the lid and continue baking for 5-10 more minutes
烤箱预热425°F (220°C)盖盖儿烤30分钟,开盖儿继续烤5-10分钟
