This study investigates the impact of specific religious practices—including personal prayer, Sabbath School attendance, and Bible study—on life satisfaction, anxiety, and depression among members of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Singapore.
While the role of religion in shaping individual mental health and well-being has been widely observed, this relationship remains unexplored within the Singaporean Seventh-day Adventist community. Consequently, this research aims to elucidate the connections between these variables. The findings are intended to provide valuable insights for church pastors, youth leaders, and scholars in the fields of religious and social studies, thereby contributing to a deeper understanding of religion's role in contemporary society.
