Krabi was our second to last stop exploring Thailand, and although we were only there a couple of nights, we spent one of our days there taking a day trip to Railay Beach from Krabi.
Krabi isn’t as, pardon the cliché, hustle and bustle as some of its counterparts like Bangkok, Phuket and Koh Samui, but what it does have is gorgeous scenery at every turn, from large, towering rock stacks to beautiful beaches.
Railay Beach is one of its coastal delights, but Railay is more than just a stretch of sand – what we discovered there were several gems including relaxing restaurants and cafes, waterborne adventure in the shape of kayaks and more than just the one beach this area gets its name from.
