Direct Composite overlay after endodontic treatment for 11 years old patient, featuring:
1- cavity design.for composite overlay
2- Adhesion protocol.
3- composite placement & anatomy reproduction.
4- occlusal adjustment and polishing protocol.

My goal is creating functioning & esthetic restoration,esthetics gives a nice outcome but functionality is more important, that is why I chose to cover all cusps to protect the tooth from the risk of fracture .until the patient reaches 18 years of age, when the tooth to be assessed again and crown coverage can be a reliable long term option.
