Ciao a tutti, io ho giá iniziato a preparare le fresche insalate estive, non mancano mai sulla mia tavola. Inoltre sono comode, per chi come me, si porta il pranzo in ufficio e vuole qualcosa di buono, fresco e che non ti appesantisca il rientro al lavoro.
Il video contiene una Tips per servire il peperone scottato, che puoi anche usare per un contorno ad piatto caldo.

Baccalà
Costa di sedano
Peperone
Olive nere denocciolare
Olio extravergine di oliva
Lime o limone
