In 1940 A drunk man walks around the Kremlin, shouting over and over: “Dictator, go to hell! Dictator, go to hell!” A policeman catches him and takes him to Stalin. After a harsh beating, the drunk man says, “Comrade Stalin, when I said ‘dictator,’ I was thinking of Hitler.” Stalin looks at the policeman and asks, “Tell me, comrade, when he said ‘dictator,’ who did you have in mind?”
